If your order wasn’t exactly what you hoped for, don’t worry — we’re here to help. You can return your item for store credit or an exchange within our return window.
RETURNS:

You may return items within 14 days of your purchase date.

Products must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
HOW TO START A RETURN:

Email us at info@koshidog.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once approved, place your item in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase.

Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your store credit or exchange within 7 business days.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as it’s done.
EXCEPTIONS:
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can arrange a refund or exchange.
